The Virtual Health Coach was developed as a tool to complement your busy staff.  Research has shown positive feedback through the engagement between the patient and Virtual Health Coach.  The purpose of this tool is to provide consistent and thorough coaching sessions to patients and family members regarding post-discharge care.  This interactive session engages the patient and family members in their care.  The Virtual Health Coach’s patience in interacting with a patient provides an opportunity to comfortably ask questions.
